Here at the Waller Family Farm (est 2019) we sell our produce directly to local chefs in our area. We are located at 7,100 ft in Zone 3b in Pinedale Wyoming and are a high altitude rocky mountain farm focusing on aeroponics with Tower Farms and microgreens grown hydroponically. We also are doing outdoor raised beds/greenhouse growing as our seasons allow (we only get 27 frost free days here! We currently sell to multiple restaurants of varying cuisines, and primarily our products are special requested by our chefs. With this new year (2022) we are expanding our operations to produce more varieties of microgreens, leafy greens, tomatoes, peppers and more! We also vermicompost (worm farming) and are hoping to add chickens and meat rabbits this summer, as well as a “cowboy campground” on our property for those looking for a rustic experience in the mountain west.
